Since May 25, 2018, the date of entry into force of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), almost all reporting formalities to the CNIL have been removed. The website https://ragdoll-lovelies.com is therefore not declared there but undertakes to respect the GDPR rules in force.

The Adoption Questionnaire/Form:

The questionnaire, available on the Contact page of the site, restricts the collection of personal data to what is strictly necessary and indicates its purpose: to find the best match between the character of the future adopted cat and the lifestyle and wishes of the future adopters.
One or more checkboxes allow you to explicitly give your consent to the collection and processing of the personal data requested.
The data collected will be communicated to the following recipient only: Anne-Cécile Beaupain.
This allows Anne-Cécile Beaupain to ensure that the personal data transmitted to her can actually be used for the purpose explicitly stated on the form and accepted by the visitor.
Under no circumstances may Anne-Cécile Beaupain use this personal data for any purpose other than that explicitly stated and accepted by the visitor. Similarly, this personal data may not be transmitted or transferred to third parties.
Furthermore, the information collected on this form is optional and is not recorded in a computer file or a processing register. There are no possible consequences in the event of partial failure to respond or failure to provide this data. Therefore, the exercise of the right of access and rectification according to the provisions of the GDPR law 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 applies but is null and void.
The data will be destroyed once each cat has found its family, i.e., after each litter.

Conditions of sale :

​Anne-Cécile Beaupain reserves the right to refuse any cat for adoption to potential adopters.
The sale of a cat from the Ragdoll Lovelies cattery is subject to certain conditions: the terms of reservation, sale, and payment are agreed upon between the parties and commit the prospective adopter to pay the amount due to the cattery within a pre-determined period, which determines the transfer of ownership of the animal.

Pre-contractual obligations :

​Cats are sold in euros, inclusive of all taxes, at the exchange rate in effect at the time the adoption application is accepted.
The adopter further declares that this adoption is for their personal use and under no circumstances for commercial purposes, including resale.

Consumer Disputes and Mediation :

Any dispute relating to the use of the site https://ragdoll-lovelies.com is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Nanterre.
Every consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge with a view to resolving a dispute amicably.
To this end, Anne-Cécile Beaupain has appointed Mediavet as consumer mediator for the out-of-court settlement of disputes that may arise between her and one of her adoption clients.
MEDIAVET is competent to examine, upon admissible referral from the consumer, consumer disputes within the meaning of Article L.611-1 of the French Consumer Code.
